This month, I have been spending time in mediation, with friends and family, and taking the time to smell some beautiful flowers! An annual trip to the George Eastman House for the Dutch Connection Flower Exhibit brings some cheer to the winter days. A reminder that Spring is just around the corner!

Another phenomenal place to visit this time of year and feel some warmth surrounded by plants and turtles is the Lamberton Conservatory at Highland Park. You can check them out here.
