No matter the day or the number of clients I speak with, one truth has been consistently standing out over the past several months:
Every one of us is going through something. Whether it's a major life shift, a health challenge, emotional struggles, relationship bumps, loss and grief, or persistent aches and pains—many are silently navigating difficult terrain. And often, people feel completely alone… even when surrounded by others in their “circle.” Recently, a dear client shared a moving audio message with me, followed by a beautiful video meditation from another. These thoughtful gestures—rooted in connection, vulnerability, and love—inspired me to reach out and share with all of you. Healing begins within.
We must take time to reconnect with our inner wisdom, that quiet spark of grace and resilience. But we also need community—safe, compassionate spaces where we can be heard without judgment or the need to be “fixed.” Sometimes we find that in close friends or family, and other times, it’s through support from professionals who truly listen. With this newsletter, my intention is simple:
To share.
