Sharing time with friends and family, loving thoughts, words, gifts, etc… </p><p style="color:inherit;font-size:1em;line-height:1.618em;margin:0 0 1.25em 0;font-weight:normal;font-family:Palatino, Palladio, Baskerville, 'Nimbus Roman No9 L', Garamond, 'Century Schoolbook', serif;text-align:center;" class="">Love is not merely a word or emotion.  Love has a vibration resonating at a high frequency in which we can express compassion, forgiveness, respect, generosity, joy, and peace.  When we are aligned with this frequency we harmonize our heart space.  When we are living from this place, we are able to inspire or be inspired, empower or feel empowered, maybe even feel awe or wonderment.</p><p style="color:inherit;font-size:1em;line-height:1.618em;margin:0 0 1.25em 0;font-weight:normal;font-family:Palatino, Palladio, Baskerville, 'Nimbus Roman No9 L', Garamond, 'Century Schoolbook', serif;text-align:center;" class="">It is from this space, the heart space, that I aspire to live my best life.  Many days this comes with ease, and often this can seem out of reach.  On the days this feels out of reach I find myself being with the feeling and asking what is there for me to learn.  Asking questions takes us out of the thinking loop and attempting to be in control of things and allows the parts of us to share their wisdom.</p><p style="color:inherit;font-size:1em;line-height:1.618em;margin:0 0 1.25em 0;font-weight:normal;font-family:Palatino, Palladio, Baskerville, 'Nimbus Roman No9 L', Garamond, 'Century Schoolbook', serif;text-align:center;" class="">In my practice, I am witness to this process unfolding during energy healing sessions.  When someone begins an energy session they are looking for something to shift, feel better, or go away.  The energetic body moves from rigid and tight to various states of increased relaxation.  Everyone’s experience is different and what typically is reported is an experience of deep relaxation and calmness they did not have when they entered the room. Once present in the moment and out of a thinking loop, I become clearer minded and allow new thoughts or ideas to come forward.</p><p class="" style="color:inherit;font-size:1em;line-height:1.618em;margin:0 0 1.25em 0;font-weight:normal;font-family:Palatino, Palladio, Baskerville, 'Nimbus Roman No9 L', Garamond, 'Century Schoolbook', serif;">In December of 2022 I began exploring meditation with Dr. Joe Dispenza and became hooked on what he calls rewiring the brain.  I was committed and meditated with him 1 to 3 times a day for 3 solid months.  Then, my life had some changes and I would meditate when I had time instead of making it a priority and well, you know the story, I pretty much stopped all together.  Why?  Because I am not perfect and got busy living my human life.  What I noted about myself at the end of 2023 is that during the time I was committed to meditation my thinking was clearer, I was more productive, I saw greater possibility, I wanted to create and jump into unknown things with excitement.  January 2024, I began anew.  I sat with Dr. Dispenza’s guided meditations and I started with 15 minutes a day.  The simple fact I can not ignore; this short bit of time shifts my brain, my energy, and my focus.  In order for me to be the best version of me, meditation truly is essential.</p><p class="" style="color:inherit;font-size:1em;line-height:1.618em;margin:0 0 1.25em 0;font-weight:normal;font-family:Palatino, Palladio, Baskerville, 'Nimbus Roman No9 L', Garamond, 'Century Schoolbook', serif;">When I talk with clients, this is the #1 lifestyle tip I recommend and always share that this is a personal journey and there are many teachers.  Once you find the teacher who resonates with you, meditation will not feel so challenging.</p><p class="" style="color:inherit;font-size:1em;line-height:1.618em;margin:0 0 1.25em 0;font-weight:normal;font-family:Palatino, Palladio, Baskerville, 'Nimbus Roman No9 L', Garamond, 'Century Schoolbook', serif;">There are apps available to download on your devices such as Calm, Headspace, and Insight Timer to name a few. With the intention of slowing my pace and being present, I have found Yin Yoga and <a href="https://youtu.be/Cna_kwdfhj4" rel="nofollow" style="color:#000 !important;">Healing Sound Baths</a> to be incredibly beneficial.  Both Yin Yoga and Sound Baths are able to nourish the nervous system and support that calm we feel when relaxed.  In our fast paced lives, this is crucial for reducing stress.  My Yoga teacher is Sandra Kurzdorfer of <a href="https://sunflowervibrations.com" rel="nofollow" style="color:#000 !important;">Sunflower Vibrations</a> and you can find her teaching Yin Yoga and doing Sound Bath workshops around Rochester. This amazing technology came to our center in October 2023 and is helping people create shifts in their own healing. The questions I ask myself and my clients regularly because are “If I continue as I am, where will I be in a few years?”  “What am I willing to do?”  “If I change nothing, what will happen?”  “What am I willing to give up?”  I can promise you that if you spend time in meditation, these answers will come with greater ease.  The simple fact is, once we take the thinking mind out of the question and we go within, the answer is there.  We just need to be open to hearing the answer.  </p>

These sessions are specific to you, your needs, and what you wish to work on.
