The Resiliency Method™
Healing Happens in the Right Order, at the Right Time
The Resiliency Method™ is a structured, phase-based approach to healing that works with your body’s natural ability to respond, adapt, and restore balance.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we look at what your body is ready for—and what it needs next.
Because healing doesn’t happen all at once.
It happens when your body feels safe, supported, and able to move forward.
Most approaches try to fix what feels wrong.
Some go deeper and look for root causes.
But even when the “right” support is found, many people still feel stuck—because the timing isn’t right.
This approach is different.
We focus on:
what your body is currently able to process
how much capacity it has available
and the order in which support is introduced
Because your body can only heal what it is ready to receive.
Healing is not linear.
It doesn’t happen by doing everything at once—or by pushing harder when your body is already overwhelmed.
Healing happens in phases—each one building on the last.
Each phase is designed to:
support your body’s current needs
build your capacity to heal
and create the conditions for deeper, lasting change
We don’t skip steps.
We don’t force progress.
We follow your body’s lead—and support it in the order it needs.
Phase 1:
RECONNECT
We begin by restoring your body’s ability to listen and respond.
This phase focuses on calming the nervous system and creating internal stability—so your body can shift out of survival mode.
We create the conditions your system needs to begin healing.
Phase 2:
REALIGN
With a stronger foundation in place, we begin working layer by layer—guided by what your body is ready for.
Support is introduced in the right order and dose, building capacity rather than overwhelming it.
As your system adapts, you may notice:
more steady energy
fewer sensitivities
a growing sense of resilience
Phase 3:
RISE
Strengthen.
Integrate.
Sustain.
This is where healing becomes more consistent—and more sustainable.
As your body gains capacity, deeper patterns can be supported with greater ease.
You’re no longer just recovering—you’re building resilience for the long term.
About The Resiliency Method™
The Resiliency Method™ was developed by Dr. Erika Schultz, known for her work in helping the body heal through sequence, capacity, and timing.
This approach blends science, clinical experience, and a deep understanding of how the body adapts to stress—creating a structured, yet highly individualized path to healing.
I’ve trained in this method and use it to guide my work with clients—supporting each person based on what their body is ready for, and when.
Because healing doesn’t happen by force, it happens when the body is supported in the right way, at the right time.
